‘A Christmas Story: The Musical’ will play this holiday season at NJ

The press was recently invited to see a sneak preview of A Christmas Story: The Musical. I was fortunate to have a good friend and wonderful photographer join me. So let me credit Lianne Schoenweisner of Spotlights Photography for all these really fine pictures!

The first song presented gave us an opportunity to meet many of the young performers in the cast.  They are fantastic!

Just look at all the great expressions on these young performers faces:

One of the most enjoyable numbers in the show comes after the dad wins his prize which turns out to be the famous leg lamp. The dancers are doing a great job with this as is Chris Hoch who plays the Old Man and Elena Shaddow who plays Mother.

I had a chance to chat with the director of the show, Brandon Ivie. Mr. Ivie has been with the production since the show opened on Broadway.

This final photo is of the entire company. Yes, it’s big and it is fun to see.
